Had some sleeping issues, so I made this little beat while I was awake. I worked off of that feeling you get when you're really tired (which also felt like that feeling when you stand up too fast). I will get some sleep now, but I hope you enjoy!

@@That-Fox it's a drum sample which you hear often in the drum and bass music genre, the sample came from a song called "amen brother" made by the winston brothers. and that is where the name came from, but the amen reak in general is a drum sample which is used in many songs and i think many of them i've heard kinda had this sound of weird synthesized chords you hear in this song.

Woah, I was only expecting 30 seconds of a banger because of the new biweekly schedule. I like the little percussive rhythm stuff, makes me feel the concept of dizziness without actually making me dizzy. Also the pitch bend at the end does that. As such, this is a super chill and unintrusive song to vibe to!

How'd you get those note bends at the end in cubase?

I'll try my best to describe it here. Open the piano roll for whatever vst youre using, look at the bottom of the window (it looks like a smaller cut off segment), you should see something that says "velocity". Click it and switch to pitchbend. Then you can use that segment to control the instrument's pitch. I use the line tool to make it a gradual rise or decline
