Chinese is 👍 an umbrella term! There are probably hundreds or thousands Chinese dialects. The interview was done in mandarin. Some popular Chinese dialects are Cantonese, fuzhouese, Shanghaiese, weizhouese. There are way too many dialects

Both are true, Mandarin is more robotic and "polite" if it doesn't have some kind of cool accent. Cantonese is more raw and colorful

@@calebhu6383 I always feel like Beijing mandarin sound more soothing. But Beijing dialect always adding “er” to the end of a sentence or to end of any word. The mandarin dialect in the south sounds very harsher!! I’m not full chinese. I notice the difference
