Hi I saw you commented on a previous vestibular video about you going through it right now…. I was wondering how you were doing? I’m going through it and it’s such a lonely feeling….

Hi Brittany! I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles. I know EXACTLY how you feel. So my doctor told me it can be caused from post COVID and it can hit you months after having COVID, out of nowhere. This was my experience. I woke up one morning to such bad vertigo that I couldn't even use the bathroom. It lasted for about 10 days, so bad that I couldn't lift my head off the pillow. I took meclazine and Benadryl, but they only helped me get off of the floor, but I still couldn't really function. Months went by where I couldn't drive, or bend over. Everything made the room spin and I was terrified that I would be flat on my back with full blown vertigo again at any given moment. It was very lonely and scary. Nobody really understood what I was going through. But I will say that things are getting so much better! There IS hope, don't give up. Start doing your eye exercises, take electrolytes every day and drink a few glasses of Himalayan sea salt water a few times a day. Also, try zeolite detox spray, neuromag, a good b-complex and NAD every day. You can find all of that on Amazon. I still have to take these supplements, and if I don't, my dizziness comes back. But when I keep up on eye exercises, electrolytes and supplements, I don't have any issues anymore. I know everyone is different, but these are the things my naturopathic doctor recommended, and they have worked! Also, a knowledgeable chiropractor is so valuable! There are just so many reasons why people get VN, but you've gotta start somewhere, right? Just keep checking those boxes off until you find relief. It will happen, just listen to your body. Our bodies are incredible. They want us to heal, sometimes it just needs a little help. Zeolite is a detox, NAD is the number one supplement for healing post COVID, but it does so many amazing things. Two doctors recommended this to me.

Wow thank you SO much for replying to me so quickly❤️❤️❤️. That’s what I’m wondering about Covid bc I had it TWICE this last year and this stuff is happening out of nowhere. I went and saw every stinking doctor under the sun and everything was meds meds and more meds for anxiety and it was breaking me even more. So I finally got into an upper cervical chiro , VRT and an herbalist in Salt Lake City and he put me on a cleanse and things were looking up but then I got an ear infection the Wednesday before Xmas ( some of my kids were sick with influenza A going around and I think the virus went to my inner ear bc I’m already struggling with vestibular stuff 😩) and it’s been vertigo hell for almost two weeks and nausea so badly it’s been unbearable, Xmas was awful and I’m hoping that’s a normal flare up with VN but it’s been so disheartening bc I was feeling like I was on an uphill climb finally. Can I ask when you developed yours and how long you went through it until feeling better? Mine started the beginning of September so I’m at 4 months now 😞. I couldn’t drive for months and finally just got back in the car to barely take back roads places very close only to have this backslide so I’ve been extremely down lately 😭🙏🏻. No one close to me goes through this so I turned to the internet to find people like yourself bc I have felt so alone and the anxiety is the DEVIL that comes with it. I even tried an SSRI back in October bc so many people say that’s what helped them and that thing messed me up BAD😳 I’m more of a holistic person and that med made me extremely suicidal so I quit it after 11 days and found an herbalist.

I will look into those supplements for sure you’re telling me about 🙏🏻. I’ve been doing a high quality fish oil, b12 spray , lions mane, nervines from the herbalist to help my nervous system, Vertigone by humanx( hubs found that online 🤷🏻‍♀️, all herbs too) ginger, gut rebuilding herbs, turmeric…. And others 🥵, I’ve changed my entire diet and have no more gluten, dairy or sugar… it’s just so much to process and I’m so grateful for you talking to me you have no idea🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@brittanyhakes7889 it helps to know that others people have been in your shoes and are getting better, doesn't it? I watched a lot of videos and hearing others with VB talk about it getting better gave me hope. It sounds like you are doing some good things. Like I said, everyone is different and has gotten VB for different reasons. Just try all the things and see what works for you. Something will work! I noticed a big difference when I started my eye exercises. I am happy to talk with you any time you need encouragement. I felt very depressed and hopeless. I have a little one that I couldn't even pick up for a while and I was afraid to be left alone with her in case things suddenly got really bad. I know what you are going through.
