She gave a really inspiring speech. She touched upon on how relying on prior knowledge with arrogance can be detrimental when it comes to learning a new skill. Although she had many years of dancing experience and practice, she mentioned that she found it difficult to learn of the flow(?) of the hiphop dance style. I think her story is applicable towards other fields. Sometimes, we can get so attached to what's comfortable to us that it's difficult to transform ourselves or incorporate new habits into our daily lives. It's certainly important that we persist and keep on trying until we succeed.

Generally, Vic said she has a deep understanding about the frustration which the members have. She hopes that her team members can try harder to overcome the problem they are facing as what she have done before and still doing. Then she explained that she has learned Chinese traditional dances from her middle school and was always the top of the class. Then be able to learn street dance about 2005/2006/2007. She thought the street dance will be easy for her as she learn dance very fast. However, because of the chinese dance she learned, she had very difficult time to get the street dancer's sense of style. She found the stylish differences herself and when teacher. She think that working hard and practice more and more overcomed the problems she was facing, then be able to get no. one as she had huge improvement on street dancing through a year learning and practice.

所以我说宋茜很棒,很多人说宋茜跳街舞不太行,是渣渣,可是在我眼里,她真的很优秀很棒了,她何止让中国人喜欢,也深受韩国人喜欢,韩国综艺特别多,也为fx贡献了付出了非常多,是一个非常有责任感的人,而且街舞宋茜能跳成这样,真的已经很厉害了,爆发力各种特别强,完全不输在韩国那边出道的女生.

宋茜就是在韩国出道的啊～而且是第一个在韩国出道的外国人队长！她是北京舞蹈学院民族舞出身的，民舞功底非常强，当初刚去韩国转街舞的时候非常困难，但她出道的时候，fx的练习室就能看到，她的力度和美感已经练出来了，群舞里她就很耀眼～她在热血街舞团里，挑战的三种类型舞蹈，urban、爵士、机械，能看到经过这些年，她已经超越了很多人，在街舞这方面，也达到了一定高度

她回国后跳舞的机会并不是很多，大部分都是临时编排的，从没有像在韩国那样专职在唱跳上面。但她从没扔下舞蹈，像热血开场舞她就很帅，屋顶着火的舞蹈也很精彩。

General speaking Victoria told these dancer that they need try the different thing, never try, never known what happened. She told them the story about her experience. She learnt the dance what was very quick, however The feeling was always not right. She nearly gave up, she lost confidence. But other people helped her, she finally got the right feeling. she won the no.1 that year, not her dance is top, but she improved a lot.
