You forgot Brittney Spears “If you seek Amy” - I had no idea singing with the radio with my car windows down at traffic lights. I check Google ever since then.

I remember hearing so many songs growing up that I didn't understand the meaning behind, ha ha. Don't Trust Me and Starstrukk by 3OH!3, Hey Ya! and Miss Jackson by Outkast, I Write Sins Not Tragedies by P!@TD, Timber and Hotel Room Service with Pitbull, a lot of Usher and Jason Derulo songs... And not even just sexually or romantically toned songs, either. I genuinely didn't realize that Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People was about school sh**ters and Paper Planes by MIA had multiple meanings. I really think that truly growing up is developing maturity and understanding of the world you're in, and music kinda proves it.
Me being glad I never knew these songs, I still didn't know these until just now 😌

They're just sexually explicit. Nothing too grand, and it actually gets a bit annoying when most popular songs are about that lol. The beat is catchy though, so

Oh yes I have very fond memories of setting up dollhouse rooms while listening to "Roxanne" with my best friend at the time. And then another day when our other friend came over and we had a mini dance party as we sang along to that same song😭😭
