i honestly find pretty interesting how niall and lewis (capaldi) are so funny like they are just laughing and chilling in their little bubble but at the same time they can break your heart into pieces with the most heartbreaking songs we ever listen to.

I have to admit that what makes Niall's music so good for me is really not the music itself, but the lyrics. I remember when I heard the album for the first time, I was just like "Well, I actually liked Flicker better" because I'm not a big fan of upbeat songs and I don't really know English either, so I don't really pay attention to the lyrics the first time I hear it. But when I listened to the whole album again and then paid attention to the lyrics, it just made a lot of songs so much better for me, so that now I really love every song of his. Because I find the lyrics alone, but also in combination with the music, really deeply and profound... And I am more of a thoughtful and quiet person. In Addition I love his voice

the fact that corona took promo season for this album away from us makes me so mad, it’s so great and deserved so much better. p.s he has a few more unreleased tracks; dress, nothing, wasted (about 1D) and CHAMPAGNE LOVERS !! they’re too good and the last one is my personal favorite

Niall is so underrated he’s such a good songwriter it’s really sad he wasn’t able to tour this album because of Covid. I can’t wait for his new album and hopefully a world tour! I want to ask if you’ve seen that Louis announced his documentary last week? It’s gonna be about his career and personal life and his journey from one direction to solo artist. I can’t wait!

A lot of these songs he dressed up to be happy like heartbreak weather it’s about the event that happened in San Francisco thats actually about San Hose. He just thought San Francisco sounded better. Other fun facts : he wrote Still in 7 MINUTES! j'adore la mer means I love the sea in French The line “I want your number tattooed on my arm in ink, I swear” is ironic cause he has 0 tattoos New Angel has a really deep meaning but he has never said what it’s about and probably never will In Dear Patience, he’s “writing a letter” to the feeling of patience He’s just an amazing singer/songwriter and presave Heaven if you haven’t already 😉
