It’s crazy 2 years ago my buddies and I found him on KZbin and jammed out on the porch all summer. Now he’s getting the respect he deserves.

It's not even like I resonate with every single song of his, although I resonate with many, but it's that every single one of his songs tells such an emotional story it makes you feel as if you have lived through it. He is seriously a genius with his words. The connection I have to his music is unlike any other artist, I'm genuinely addicted.

You are absolutely right about the power of the song. Not the musical or vocal talent (which don't hurt), but the heart and soul and wordplay of a well-written song. That's why we get along!

A K10 is an old Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 pick up. They also had a K10 blazer. Good reaction Burt. A nice simple video of just good music. I would love to hear your reaction to an old Jim Croce song “Which way are you going” or “Railroads and Riverboats”. One of those nobody plays much anymore.

You know I lost my brother earlier this year, one of his passions was guitar, I picked up the guitar after his passing and zack Bryan has been my biggest inspiration and what was said about not having to be a perfect musician or perfect vocalist and just having to play something that resonates with people, that was something I needed to hear. Thank you

That was my rocky mountain high song, when I first made it to Colorado a year ago. I turned this song on sitting atop of a mountain with my dogs and a dear friend. I remember it brought me to tears to see those mountains for the first time in the daylight. Zach Byran literally is what you said "a nobody who becomes somebody" the American Dream and that hits home, hits deep for every day people. From myself who is a young man (27 years old) to my ol' man who is pushing into his 50's with his scraggly big beard. Zach Bryan is an underdog some of us have been following for awhile and you just want him to achieve his dreams like the rest of us want to. We strive for it, hope for it. Oddly enough his music is one of few that gives me hope to keep pushing, its raw and it is real. He has a song called hope, and he has a recent new video called "Someday on my Mind". Id encourage you check it out, when I watched it, it made me reflect on "heading south". It felt like he was coming around full circle, and you watch his old videos and then when I see this one, he is happier in his life, and i think there is a wedding band on his finger, but he is still the same guy with the same roots. Simple flannel, jeans and boots.

Oh this kid. I want to meet him and shake his hand. Maybe play some spoons with him and Abby. What musical talent. I love most genres of music, there's a difference in loud and screaming. I feel like he's a songwriter who understands the tormented soul that he didn't ask for. #PTSDawareness
