I'm a 51year old, male Def Leppard and Kiss fan and I LOVEEEE 😊 this song. I always thought that Sonia was soooo underrated compared to Kylie Minogue even though they both came from the Stock, Aiken and Wattermann camp. I remember Kylie was like Sonia but personally I think Kylie's songs went downhill. If I hear Kylie's song "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" once more I'll go mad😡. I always loved Sonia's Liverpool accent, bubbly personality and she was/is gorgeous. Being a Rock fan I think I've just lost my street cred. Just put Sonia's songs down as a guilty pleasure.🤣🤣🤣🎹🥁🎸

I am a Gen Xer and this is my first time hearing this song. I consider myself pretty adept at pop culture so this is a surprise. I love that era because even now I can discover something new i didnt know.

How did they give all their songs the exact same sound? It’s like magic.
@paluseata98013 жыл бұрын
Simply because it was made by the producers who also did Rick Ashley and Kylie Minogue. It's most likely they used the same equipment, including the drum machine.

They probably had a template and knocked it up in minutes using the same half dozen sounds, wasn't called hit "factory" for nothing.
@notandnowavailableonyoutub28553 жыл бұрын
@@NickSBailey Didn't get called The Hit Factory until 1988. S.A.W's sound is so varied from 1984 - 1987. Fans can usually tell the difference between the songs. Example....Sept 1988...5 songs....Sinitta - I Dont Believe in Miracles, Jason - Nothing Can Divide Us, Bananarama - Love, Truth, Honesty, Sabrina - All of Me and Brother Beyond - Harder i Try...all in charts at same time...all sound very different. Most music by any act, different producers sound the same these days....
