Technically, Nintendo was stronger than SEGA, but when a couple years passes, SEGA became as strong as Nintendo, both companies had fights with each other sometimes. But eventually, they became nice to each other and they made Mario & Sonic at the Olympics. So, Yes, SEGA Genesis is powerful, even though the programming doesn’t look much, Sonic and his team grows stronger and stronger as years, decades, and centuries passes. No matter how old Sonic is, he will forever have the best video game records in history.

@@sobble_gaming101 sonic mania is a bit overrated in my opinion while yes it's better than sonic 1 or 2 it can't beat 3 the levels are just the classic with some changes if mania was a remake of each game I will have no problem but it's supposed to be a sequel and as a sequel it falls short it seems people care more about fan service than actual good game play

Pixel Ships DAC means Digital Audio Converter, and the DAC is usually the drum track, so they probably used a real drum set hooked up with a bunch of mics

@@transformer4187 The DAC channel usually plays samples, but not the entire sampled thing. AKA they probably did record real drums, just one at a time, and then they played the samples in time. This is why you only hear one drum at once.

Which is what i would feel his victory parades would basically be themed after. And after listening to the final zone again, i say that it feels more like army charging into a field of battle. Whilst this has that parade march feel to it. But then again, what else is the mark of a GREAT song, than the way it makes everyone feel different things.

If you wanna see what it would’ve sounded like without him, find the soundtrack from the prototype that was leaked a few months ago. Most of it was kept, but a few versions were converted into MIDI and used in the Sonic & Knuckles collection for pc
