Gameboy Advance had dual 8-bit DAC and it had its limitations. Hot Crater's arrangement is almost too good for that.

I appreciated the advance series I loved every Sonic advance game (well Sonic advance 1 was Ok not terrible but Ok.) my favorite series was Sonic Advance 2 & 3. The only one that I have in my collection is Sonic advance 3 the other two are lost: '(

It's good to hear those games weren't forgotten! Yeah, I only have 3, I had to sell 1 and 2 to get Sonic Battle. It was a huge sacrifice. I'm actually working on my own cover from a track in Sonic Advance 2 ;)

Incredible remix. Really brings me back... Weird question, but is anyone hearing Kricketune in the background? :) The is the only remix on KZbin that beat DJCesarGV's, and his has been around a while now. And to be honest, for a remix that's in a high budget game, the Sonic Generations remix is pretty whack, unfortunately.
