Sonic Adventure DX-All Sonic Missions

Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut of all Sonic's missions. This playthrough will show where you find all the missions and how you beat them. Some are easy, some are challenging, some will require right timing and some requires just pure luck. I edited out certain acts of certain levels that don't meet the mission's requirements such as Mission 9, I cut out the 1st act of Emerald Coast since the Mission focuses on the 2nd act so this will save up a lot of time. This can be used as a guide if necessary and can be used for all versions on the DX versions that have Mission Mode. Hope you enjoy! This version is on Xbox 360.
Note-For Mission 11, lives are different because this was actually the last mission I did after all the others but put it before 13 since it's in number order of Sonic's Missions.

For those having problems on Mission 36 finding the Stage. You need to transform the Ship by stepping on the switch behind Eggman’s Chair. Then go back underground and take the Bus which will lead u back outside, and u should find the Stage then, transform the ship again and repeat the same steps if the Stage is not there.

I was thankfully able to find an easier way where the bolder was able to pass me and I just took my sweet ass time getting the flags. Other way is a true nightmare

At first, I was like "That's a little ⁠extreme-I mean nothing hit harder than Mission 53!" Well, apparently I'm waking up from a coma and the cause was Mission 58, this crap hit me hard as hell and I totally agree. However, this isn't hard once you calm down and think about the design. "There's no way they would respawn the bolder...Right? Why not just let it fall???" And let it fall I did. Beating it traditionally was not an option.

Thank you for uploading this! It was very helpful! For anyone who sees this comment and is struggling on mission 53, when you are going on the last three ramps make sure you are holding up on the analog stick. Also, a lot of youtubers recommend hitting that last ramp at and angle (like the right side). Don’t do that. Make sure you hit them all STRAIGHT on at no angle. Just hold up the whole time you are doing those three ramps and make sure you hit them all straight. You should eventually get it. Trust me, it took me well over 60 try’s.

Mission 53 doesn't deserve to exist. I am contemplating moving onto other missions after that one. Edit: Completed it the next day on my 17th try. I got 100%, yay!

@@BanishforCost If I remember correctly, timing + holding the analog stick (or d-pad, I don't judge) forwards while you press x. I tried mimicking a KZbin tutorial and that still took me an additional play session to do.

Mission 58 Load the dash at the beginning of the downhill and start slowly go down When the stone starts falling - make the dash back so you’ll pass it ahead

It took me literally around 40 lives to beat mission 53. I was about to give up then somehow sonic touched the rings. You have to jump at the very edge of the ramp but it’s extremely specific and annoying.

For the last mission. If you time it right, you can spin dash back up the path while the Boulder is falling and it'll go past you, allowing you to grab the flags without a problem. However, if you continue after grabbing the flags, the boulder should still be rolling down the path, so youll get hit if you arent careful.

So uhh... dumb story. When I played this game as a kid, these missions would scare the living life out of me. I don't even know why, probably because of the simple fact that the clues behind some of these missions were very confusing to me. And some of them made it seem like I was in a hurry, despite the fact that some of them did have time limits. So I was always scared to do them, and when I loaded up this video, I felt my skin crawl as it reminded me of those days until I see how easy all of these missions were. I was one stupid kid, wasn't I?

You can just run back when the boulder starts moving so it goes in front of you and allows you to take a leisurely stroll

For some reason i cannot access stage 8 sky deck to complete mission 36. ( i cannot find the entrance because that big ship does not spawn ) Edit: Nvm i figured it out 😂😂😂 the control room has a switch that determines when the thing will spawn or not 😅😅😅

You have to jump at the very end of the slopes. But it's very hard to do. This was the very last mission I did out of every characters' missions, and honestly it's quite bs. At least I could listen to cool music while doing it.

For 53 make sure when you are hitting the ramps hold up the whole time and hit them straight on. A lot of youtuers say to hit it at an angle but thats a terrible idea in my experience.

For 57 dont try to dash at the balloon just let go of your controller and dont move at all once you hit the first spring. It should work.

the serpant and balloon the spring is not launching sonic enough to get the balloon this game is garbage playing it casually its ok but when there is time limits and targets the flaws show. the camera is horrendous.
