You ever notice how a good majority of the character themes are as if they're talking to chaos yet still sum up their character. This song talks about how Knuckles wants to get rid of Chaos' hate and sums up his traits. Sonics theme is of his freedom and fun lifestyle as if hes telling Chaos to let go of the hate, It Doesnt Matter is literally the name of the song. Open Your Heart is literally just Sonic and Chaos so nothing to say there

@@yozy-. Please don't read this as commentary for Modern Sonic stories. Speaking personally, I wasn't a fan of Knuckles before the movie. I liked him enough in the Classic games (in spite of his lack of character yet) but I could not stand his gullibility and inability to socialize. I only appreciate these aspects now because a writer wrote a story *I* could relate to and understand. So yes, this is only obvious now in hindsight.

I have a little theory as to why he says that Streaking Lights, loud Sounds and Instinct are the elements that keep hom going: the HUD of the M. E.-shards flashes when you get near the shards, which would be streaking lights. It also beebs, aka loud sounds. And based on those two things, you use your instinct to find the shards. (Also sorry if my English isn't exactly correct)
