I have a question: Why use NiGHTS instead of Reala? Reala has the same stats with the exception of better all star.

Because , first of all, I should never have the channce of getting the all-star if I get to a good position. And, second, the all-star stat is "fake" and is rated only based on the attack they provide. The speed increase provided by the all-star doesn't change.
