Actually it is Super Shadow, "Many people mistakenly call this form Hyper Shadow, due to a misprint in the strategy guide for the game. While the term is still widely used, hacking and viewing the in-game files confirms the name Super Shadow.", and your both wrong. Super emeralds (transformed Chaos emeralds when Chaos emeralds are near the Master emerald) make you Hyper, whereas Chaos emeralds just makes you Super.

I mean, Sonic's new one is ok, but they got rid of thoose kind of guys because some people couldn't fly and stuff, but yeah, the all-stars in this game didn't get you even remotely close to first if you didn't know how to use them, whereas the original was pretty user-friendly, and could give you a HUGE lead the first time you would use them.

They must make a DLC (Or maybe implement it in the next installment) where you will be able to customize your all-star move so it varies everytime you play! I agree with kloncaptainrex, the All-Stars moves from the first game are a bit better than these new ones.

In the game plane goes faster than boat and car so the the all star puts you in a plane with a continous boost wiith attack. I thinks its smart, more challenging

I personally think that this game lost the creativeness of the all-star moves it had from the past game, I loved to use amigo's all-star and put everyone dancing! It was way funnier than throwing maracas at people :l

I remember one time when I was in 5th on the last lap of chilly castle on expert, playing as shadow. Then, I got all star and passed 1st place on the last turn, and got the last star I needed to unlock reala. That is why my favorite all-star move is shadows. :)

The Goodle (the one who drives Reala and Nightopian (for NiGHTS) I think only appears when the twins transform into their vehicle selves since they can’t do anything much when the twins get their all star move.
