Ring Ride 1 - Rings are laced with alcohol. This was made as a tongue-in-cheek celebration of the Sonic franchise's 21st anniversary. (21 being drinking age here in the US) Ring Ride 2 - Sonic gets high off of rings. This is the last one to inebriate him. Ring Ride 3 - Rings turn Sonic into lead, such that he becomes heavy and causes shaking on impact. Ring Ride 4 - Rings turn the environment into rubber. Eventually it becomes bouncy enough that bouncing becomes a feasible movement option. Invincibility temporarily boosts the effect to the max.
