Awesome compilation. Though I know a couple of games which I think could also make the list. In Freedom Planet 2 there is a character called Sunny who is very clearly a parody of Sonic the Hedgehog to the point where he has a ring on his T-shirt. When you talk to him he says "Gotta take it easy, that's my motto. Going too fast is NOOOOOOOOOO good.". There is also a pink Hedgehog named Amelia next to him, a reference to Amy Rose. They also have a ton of extra dialogue referencing the Sonic series. In earlier Pizza Tower demos there was a character called Snick, a purple Hedgehog who is very clearly a parody of Sonic himself. In the demo he replaces the usual collectibles with rings. Snick is only hidden away as cut content Easter Egg in the final version of the game.
