To explain the album, the 1st disc is called "Past" and features remixes of the Japanese CD OST, while the 2nd disc is called "Present" and features remixes of the US CD OST, Disc 3 is called "Future" and features additional remixes from both versions of the OST. It sounds ridiculous, but that's the best explanation I can give.
