The reason why in the mod tails is crying is because he witnessed his best friend getting corrupted into Sonic.exe, after when Sonic.exe appears disguised as Sonic you’ll see why tails has half of his tails gone, his eyes gone and one of his arms ripped off is because Sonic.exe did this to him to kill tails forever even if tails was only and still is a child from the Sonic world when he was killed :(
