Fanmade Story to how Sonic ended up in that position: Eggman was figuring out a plan to capture Sonic but then after some point he found out there's other dimensions. Then just his Sonic. He made a room that made every Sonic's like quotes or words they say a lot into Sonic's head. And everytime Sonic's head would change it'd be dark. But too fast and it'd start hurting his head. For example: When another Sonic said "Your Too Slow!" It was quick and for the Sonic dealing with this it was black and then not even that long later he was conscious again. Eggman doing this whole plan left Sonic in excruciating pain. Sonic ran off after to get some rest and not freak his friends out. Shadow and the other's had to deal with Eggman for a couple days before Sonic came back. That's it for my little story lol.
