That's kinda cool, actually! I always wondered why I was only able to hear this version outside the game! Honestly, I prefer how the beta sounds compared to what we got in the final release. I can't quite explain it, but this version just sounds more... alive.

WHAT? 10 YEARS? I know it was a long time but I didn't think it was THAT LONG. D a a m I'm only here because I remembered how much I loved this game and that I never 100% completed it so I went back and booted up the wii to fully complete it over the past few weeks when I had actual time. H o o B o y. How I miss having time to do things like this. I got all the red rings but even now there is N o W a y that I'm ever going to get all those S ranks

I love at 0:20 when the main piano comes in, it's just so relaxing. Like your at an underwater hotel and there's a piano playing, but the piano is in the lobby and your on the second or third floor. The echo effect you get's beautiful.

Not exactly true, as the DS version has most of its parts on higher octaves but close enough (and of course there's the difference in soundfonts)

Act 4 Act 4 begins with Sonic jumping on a spring to get to a corkscrew pathway. While running down this pathway, Sonic encounters the Big Chaser. After escaping its clutches, Sonic runs through more of the structures using the Cyan Laser and the Yellow Drill to go through the Act. In this part of Aquarium Park, Sonic has to go through areas with more water. Sonic then ends the level by running down a steep grade while being chased by the Big Chaser from the beginning of the stage. After reaching the bottom of the grade, the Big Chaser collides into the ground and explodes, leaving Sonic to break open a Wisp Capsule and end the Act.

@TehComentar I agree, Aquarium Park would have made a better water level. Planet Wisp has great music, but I don't much else about it. (Never finished Colors on the Wii, only the DS version)

This and act 2 can be compared to acts 1 and 3 in the same way SA2's version of "It Doesn't Matter" compares to SA1's version: a faster paced version of the original but is hampered slightly because of it

I know this is years ago, but every act uses the same leitmotif, while the two themes from Adventure 1 and Adventure 2 have a different rhythm.

Nonsense. Colors and Generations were thoroughly amazing games. Great and fun to play all the way through, nearly every other 3D sonic game has had problems that hindered the full experience.That doesn't mean those games are bad, not at all, but I certainly would not say that colors and generations weren't amazing.

I didn't hate the level, i jsut didnt think it was a good lvl. its teh sandopolis of this game. my biggest deal witht he generations version is the remixes of both. but i still think the levels are ok, and yes using the same wisp is a chore
