Where did you get this false info??? Sonic.exe is not related to ANY sonic character at all besides sonic because he looks like him. Sonic.exe is an evil entity who loves sonic so he made himself look like sonic and either made his own sonic world or entered an alternate one and posed as sonic for like 5 seconds before killing everyone and everything.
