I like how most of the maps either reference or directly show what fate befell their respective world’s Sonic. Really helps sell the fact there’s truly no hope for the victims since their greatest hope is already gone.

Well, I don't know the name, but you can download the mod and search for "mus_limpcity.ogg" in the "game" folder.
