Man i've been listening to post-hardcore/metalcore for most of my life, i'm so happy to hear it in a Sonic game. when i heard infinite's theme in forces i just knew they were gonna go all in after that. Kellin Quinn is one of the most iconic singers in that scene.

"I'm what you get when the stars align" is such a power phrase. Undefeatable perfectly captures Sonic's personality, especially when he goes Super. This entire song is really just a humbling experience for the Titans. And Sonic pretty much going all out without knowing there might be more to come. Really sets the tone for the other Titan bosses.

after SEGA hyped this game for so long, i can see why- this be one of the best recent Sonic games - Modern Sonic is finally breaking out of mediocre games- I truly cant wait for more if Ian Flynn is now a full on writer for Sonic games, it means the characters will be getting this level of development everytime- also the way the IDW comics are now, slightly canon? Amazing.

If Sonic Adventure 2 was the apex of sonic games, Frontiers is the literal modern love-letter to the fans. It isn't just some tail-end climatic epilogue... this is just the FIRST boss, and Super Sonic is fully controllable. Every action is YOURS... much like every other part of this game; not counting side-scroll levels. It's definitely not on-rails like Forces was, and is a lot more open than Generations was. Put it this way, I'm a grown ass man, and I bawled my eyes out while this absolute BANGER of a track played, all the while struggling my damndest to take the [REDACTED] down. Felt like a TRUE boss battle.... which has been sorely missed in Sonic Games. It's 30% off on Steam. BUY it. It's worth every penny.
