I work at Sonic and at the store I work at, we just use little containers, put the chicken and the sauce in it, and shake it around to coat the chicken. Same things with the wings. So no it's not actually dunked :( But I also don't like the garlic parmesan sauce. To me it has like a really weird sour taste, and it doesn't taste like garlic or parmesan to me. I thought it would be like a nice creamy cheesy taste but it's nothing like that.

Plastique I'm sorry to hear that you work at Sonic. I worked at one and even made it to management. I did learn social skills and a sturdy work ethic working there as it was my first job out of high school, but it was largely a miserable experience. The company doesn't seem to understand their place on the ladder and perpetual shoots itself in the foot by trying to cut corners wherever it can. At one point, as manager, I was closing up front and serving as the carhop for the last few hours on top of my duties as a manager. I was paid slightly over the starting rate and wouldn't have room for a raise unless I became an assistant general manager. No thanks! Haha, I'm so bitter about that place. I love to talk shit about it with other 'victims'.
