The shadow boss in generations was my favorite as it felt like a legitimate race instead of a hit the boss seven times and you win ( I also played it just to get my life count to max)

Many don't really acknowledge in these vids the fact that Time Eater is a remake of Solaris, but instead of it being a fusion of Mephiles and Iblis, which the three hedgehogs had to use their super forms to defeat before it could consume all time and space, this was a new version Eggman encountered.

I don't get it. In the games, Shadow is usually on pare or weaker than Sonic. Yet, on TV and in movies, he's so OP. Is that something on the director's end?

Tbf, in a game you’re playing as Sonic, the main character, and I think it’s only natural that devs are gonna make it so that you can win more easily because the aim is to please the player. In movies and TV, they can make it more even because the audience won’t be getting frustrated about Sonic losing to Shadow cuz they’re not the ones losing the fight, as opposed to when you’re playing and losing as Sonic
