Sonic Generations: The Closest You Can Get to Hydro City Zone Without DLC

I saw this mission and thought, "holy crap, Hydro City reference". So I switched the stage music for it. I suck at playing as Classic Sonic, as you can see.

Sonic 3 and Sonic CD deserve a entire level, so my DLC wish is: Sonic 3: Ice Cap (esay to make cause the game already has snowboard sections in City Escape) Sonic CD: Stardust Speedway Bad Future (easy to make as well since the Metal Sonic boss is placed there). Rival Boss: Mecha Sonic (this is also very easy since it takes place in Sky Sanctuary).

What's up with nobody asking for the ARK? Or even sone level from Shadow the Hedgehog: probably some levels could be too similar to Crisis City (except from the lava) but the Cyber World level (or whatever it's named) would be fantastic!
