The glitch glide thing flirts with the line acceptable gameplay mechanic and cheating lmao.

Honestly acceptable. It’s kinda like with the Triple Spindash in the classic games, they definitely allowed you to Manipulate the speed of the glide but just didn’t expect it to be used so extravagantly.

TAS is all about doing what's technically possible with inhumane levels of input precision and then real time human runners learn from them and vice versa If you're interested though, glitchless speedruns that play more like how the developers intended
