I love how the great egg robo is missing a lense on his eye just like the original game, to show that it's unfinished and that's why it's on a construction platform outside of the actual death egg. Great attention to detail!

I always thought it was used for the master emerald to amplify its power. When the cover of the robot disappears you can see how it loads energy and bundles it into one big beam firing at Sonic. Always though that's what the second (missing) lense was for due to everything being improvised and under construction.

Oh yeah, the Lava Reef Act 2 Boss in the actual game is by far the worst fight in the entire series since it's impervious to any of Sonic & Tails' attacks. Can't even cheese it with either Super or Hyper Transformation. You have to wait out the whole damn fight until Robotnik gets hit 13 TIMES by his own attacks.

Is was nicely made. Gave me a nostalgia trip. I was raised by my grandparents and we wasn't that great on money back then but they tried the best to get me a gaming console with what little they had. That Christmas they got me a Sega Genesis and Sonic 2 since then I became a Sonic fan. Now I have 3 of my own and I still have my first Sega Genesis and all my kids love Sonic. Right now i'm working on a sonic animation, and having experienced the pain of working for hours only to get a few seconds of animation makes me GREATLY appreciate the work put into this long video and since i'm only an amateur animator, my animation compared to your's is TERRIBLE. Even tho my sister says your videos look weird, I am supporting you all the time! When i'm bored I watch this specific video. Thanks for providing hours of enjoyable content.

12/10 You somehow went beyond my expectations and made not just Sonic go Hyper but Tails and Knuckles as well. And on top of that you made Knuckles go Super to defeat Mecha Sonic MKII in its Super Form.

Personally I prefer the oil, I think that makes it funnier, but I get KZbin’s rules and actions are dumb. Glad you found a way around it hopefully. Hate to have to see the X Rated cut with Mecha and Eggman’s love scene.

This was the best animation in Sonic's in KZbin history, but the events of Knuckles' plot come after Sonic's and not at the same time.
