download maniamodmanager,bring all his files in sonic mania folder,download the mod ur want,put in the mods folder brought by modmanager files,execute modmanager,then select the mod u want,press save & play or just save i saw u was asking about boost,to do it download inieditor,execute it,and if im not wrong,map the Z key
