This animation follows the formula for a good parody. 1. Follow the original source material closely, but not too closely. 2. Don't take too long, but don't miss the main story points. 3. Just spice up actions that actually happened in the story. 4. Add a hint of memes, not too many memes though. Or else.

MegaGlassguy Angel Island is at Sea Level, not Floating, at the beginning of the game. So it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that West Side Island (where Oil Ocean Zone is Located) would be close enough to Angel Island to reach it in a fast moving Sub.

If you're referring to the opening sequence with the plane, that's a reference to the original Sonic 3 opening. Thing is, in both cases the water and beach they fly over would be part of the exterior of Angel Island itself since the Master Emerald is still in its place, therefore while the idea that the depth of Angel Island would be close enough to the surface to be reached by sub is not impossible, I do still believe it's a very far stretch.

This must be the best "Sonic in minutes" episode, because it's about Sonic Mania, and it contains a lot of referncs, like this: 5:11 Top 10 Anime Fights 5:06 Sonic Spinball flashback 2:24 the hologram thing was actually a bunch of pictures that Ray took to Metal Sonic, and it's real that Metal Sonic was abusing that animal XD 1:06 A reference into Flying Battery Act 2 boss in Sonic Mania when Dr. Eggman's upside down version looks like a differnet female character, or what fans like to call her, Omelette or Eggman's niece. and yeah... there are a lot of awesome references, good job on making this *brilliant* animation, Roger!
