As a sonic fan since 1991, this is terrible level design. The placement of everything makes no sense. 😭 Sonic is All about speed with a little platforming, but this is mostly platforming with barely any speed. Even the original mystic cave had more speed than this instead of confusing areas. If this is your mod with your level design, I apologize if I’m a bit harsh.

@@Nikori yeah, i never liked sonic 1 all that much. The problem with this mod and marble zone is that sonic is supposed to be fast. He feels more like mario then sonic here

@@Lennon8218I disagree. Sonic isn’t always about pure speed. He’s about momentum and earning speed via using your environment to your advantage. I will say that this level mod in particular is more platforming-focused, but the player taking their sweet sweet time here definitely doesn’t make it looks that impressive.
