My first thought!! Yes it was! Even tho the burgers the kid "served" didn't look to be the best quality, I still thought PB on a burger was probably an awesome flavor combination....but, cool to see someone else recognize that detail from a cool movie 😊

So I guess mine may have had peanutbutter on it afterall. I didnt see it and I don’t recall any bacon on it, but it had onions and I don’t like onions but the burger was good. My shake also didn't come with a lot of bacon in it but the very few pieces it did have, I ate after I ate the ice cream off it, and the bacon tasted old! I tried one piece of bacon with the ice cream at the same time and it wasn't so bad that way. The shake itself was great but my initial taste of old bacon made it clear to just have any shake without any bacon in it now. Some weird things do work, like the Reesse's peanutbutter cups with potato chips in them..but not this one for me

Sonic is an hour from me so I'll just buy some Walmart double bacon cheeseburgers and add fried onions, peanut butter as well as grape jelly to make a "Fools Gold Loaf" burger (Elvis' favorite sandwich). The only bacon/ice cream item I've had is the Bacon Sundae at Burger King.

If you ever find yourself near Lebanon Ohio, I had one of the best burgers ever at the Golden Lamb. They call it the "Original Sticky Burger". I had never had peanut butter on a burger before, but I thought it was really good. Also had garlic aioli and BBQ sauce on it. Interesting historic place too. It's the oldest hotel in Ohio.

I used to but PB on my burgers when I was a teen. Not so much anymore. Sonic made my never again list because of their mediocre food and the price paid for it. Except for the jobs lost, although customer service here was horrible, I was glad to see them go under in our market. All of them went under. The very thought of that shake makes me shudder. Thank you Kevin.

Maybe because I live in Vegas, but peanut butter and PB&J burgers are a pretty popular thing to find on a burger restaurant menu. I personally love the sweet and salty combo, but it sounds like Sonic could have executed it a bit better... solid review though!!

I feel like they purposely took out the peanut butter flavor to appease the people who want to est the burger because it sounds interesting and weird and its not weird enough to where they are willing to order it again and recomment it to friends. "I tried the peanut butter burger at Sonic and youd be so surprised. Its not that bad!" And thw. Their friends will try it just so they can say that they did as well.

Sounds like they use a cheap quality peanut butter, but with everything else going on like bacon and grilled onions. Maybe it just gets completely lost.🤷‍♀️

Hey Kevin, nice video. I love peanut butter and cheeseburger, but I don't think it will taste great together. Peanut butter bacon shake, I probably would try. I love peanut butter on a burger. It’s one of those weird combos that you are afraid to try but shouldn’t. Thats disappointing that the PB flavor is so mute. Well, boo on shake. It looks like the bites were the only item that really brought the flavor. Great review Kevin.
