I used to have one of these. It was in a (so I'm told) very rare, green chassis. I decided that I didn't need this machine and the various elektron machines I have but I do miss it sometimes. It's a unique box for sure. Probably the next closest thing to a Monomachine out there.

Thanks for this! I've been looking into a new drum machine for two years (too long, I know) but this might be the thing in a "realistic" price range for the moment. Either this or say a "budget" Elektron Digitone, or Digitakt... what might one (any of you?) be inclined to go for. I don't need an full expanation. But if any of you have played with all of these for a bit I'd be curious to know. Thanks!!

How does the LXR stack up against the Elektron Machinedrum? Was considering getting one, though I’ve never had a chance to try one in person. Didn’t even know about LXR until this video, quite a lovely synth! .. I’m growing impatient waiting for Pulsar-23, so looking at other options for now.

How do you like it compared to the Elektron Digitakt? I am really digging the Infection Mushroom psytrance vibe you are getting out of it and it looks easier to use than Elektron gear. A bit low tech on the screen displays but seems fun beat making box.
