This show will forever be a great one, and a favorite of mine, but I wish they would've ended it differently. Lessed rush. Maybe they'll come up with a special for the show eventually.

That ending did seem rushed, true; I would have liked a proper closure after that near-death experience at the Shatterverse. And yeah, Shadow's probably best to trust the Prism with. Where did he hide it? Who knows. 😂 Thank you so much for your reactions! They're one of the best ones to watch, and I look forward to your future reactions! ^^ ❤

You were SO valid, honestly. I LOVE the little details they put into Shadow's body language in this show. Sure, this exact thing is normal for Sonic, but with Shadow not being as vocally expressive, having his ears move so much is SUCH a great touch. (The way they droop when he's worried 🥺)

I really wish they could make a S4! This show did not deserve an ending as questionable as this! But what did make me happy with this show overall was how intense the story got with each season and how Shadow was utilized in some scenes of the show. Also, the Sonadow moments…! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 YES! Sorry for those who don’t ship it but I do! 💙🖤❤️

I can’t believe it! Nine finally changed his, which was wholesome; the Egg Council is stuck in the void; Shadow made the ultimate rescue, which was pretty sweet when Sonic said, “I never knew you were a hugger.” I have to say, this has been my official favourite Shadow; but that might change when Sonic the Hedgehog 3 comes out. But more importantly, Green Hill is finally restored and everyone one is back! It was both funny and cute when Sonic spin dashed into a hug on Eggman’s machine. But I’m with you, where did Shadow take the prism? I can’t tell if that cliffhanger was a good or bad idea for the end of the Sonic prime series. They need to do an episode 8; it makes sense since there’s only 8 episodes in the other seasons. Oh well, I guess the rest of the story lies on our imagination on what we think would happen next. Overall great reaction. The Sonic Prime reactions have been my personal favourite. 👍💙👍💛👍❤️👍🩷👍💜👍🖤

Occam’s Razor: What happens next? Another adventure. What was that explosion? The start of another adventure. Where did Shadow take the Prism? Somewhere safe. Did the others get back? Presumably. Is Nine happy in the Grim? Maybe. Does the Council come back? They probably will eventually.

The latest episodes (not the whole third season) were rushed, yes. There were many thing that were only suggested like, nobody talks about that, but didn't anybody notice how Shadow and Rebel get along? It would have been nice to show how she manages to get near him. Prime Shadow shows to be a good friend, but also hard to approach. I can understand why Nine didn't take Shadow as prisoner, I think he was afraid of him. I would have liked more space for character development and a more slow paced and accurate ending (still talking about only the latest episodes). The best thing of prime us: finally a Sonic serie that is virtually focuses on Sonic

Imagine how crushed Nine would have been if Sonic agreed to his plan from the start only to learn he would have had to kill Sonic to restore the prism. I really love how they used the prism hurting Nine to illustrate that Sonic still unconditionally loves him and is concerned for his safety like he always has been. It's interesting looking back how much Nine stuck his neck out for Sonic and how the biggest reason they didn't communicate well was they were under almost constant attack or some kind of urgent threat made it harder. It's sweet that Sonic was the only one who knew and cared about Nine's trauma, knew that the real reason he did all this was his desperation for a safe home where he could be loved, that he wasn't a power hungry tyrant but a scared, abused child acting on panic and refused to stop caring about him. The only thing I don't like about the ending is that it leaves Nine's fate up in the air because he's presumably just as alone as when he started which is what kicked this all off in the first place, so I hope the energy at the end was to imply that he or the shatterverse is still accessible and he can live in Green Hill or something. It's especially concerning when Nine doesn't have the prism to terraform the Grim, so does he even have access to food and water let alone anything except a ruined base where he lives? I kind of just wish that they had the ending confirm that Nine made it in Green Hill and maybe some weird looks from the Green Hill crew to give Nine proper closure. But I feel Sonic Prime doesn't get enough credit for how it's given such a fresh take on Shadow, honestly a fresh take on Sonic, and the entire emotional bond between Sonic and Nine. It's so disappointing seeing so many reviewers not focusing on these or acting like the animation team or artists were just lazy rather than legitimate issues with Netflix like budget, deadlines, and Sega mandates. Certainly not without its share of issues, but with all the strikes and issues going on industry wise, especially since this specific studio just recently unionized late last year, I wish more reviewers would put their critiques in perspective. It's been a joy watching your reactions.

On that, we can agree on many things. I remember having conversations with an old classmate of mine that whenever we see or hear things that leaves more questions than answers, he always says the one thing that, to this day, I still remember: “We Will Never Know.” It can be slightly annoying at times but this statement truly shows that it’s best not to keep our hopes up when the circumstances are not going the way we think or at least, the way we’d want them to. Be that as it may, I’m grateful that we have something that we haven’t seen for a long time and that is a great TV series of Sonic the Hedgehog since Sonic X. Can’t wait to see what this yet another year of Sonic has in store for us all. ✊💙🦔

Sonic Prime was great, but all good things must come to an end. Even if technically that end left too many questions. Now I hope to see your reactions to the upcoming Knuckles series. Edit: also I think I would like to see your reaction to Both Sonic Boom and Sonic SATAM.

I get why you are not a fan of the ending but there is a little more that you didn't seem to get. The shaterverse still exists because not only did Nine not indicate that he was going to sacrifice himself; but he also could have turned several people against Sonic if he told them Sonic was trying to do something that would kill all of them. But the thing that got to Nine was at the end of season 2 when Nine asked Sonic "What did you THINK would happen to me when you got your friends back?". At which point Sonic said he was expecting him to be LIKE the REAL TAILS and Nine yelled I AM REAL! I think Sonic just misspoke but Nine clearly felt betrayed because Sonic BELIEVED that Nine was a fake that would and disappear. Sonic was implying that the original Tails was THE real one not ONE of the real ones. Personally I don't think Sonic thought it through very much at all because if he had he probably would have had a huge moment addressing that bringing his world back might kill everyone else. The idea that Nine thought Sonic was willing to kill him made him furrious at Sonic only! It was mentioned several times that Nine didn't cause reality to fall apart the Chaos Council did. Nine did speed it up but in a weird way Nine had a legit point that if he didn't drain Sonic's energy like they did at the end everyone would eventually die including Sonic! Anger caused him to act like a villian and say he was only trying to save himself but he clearly was willing to make a deal to save everyone like this. Nine wanted to be alone because he felt betrayed by Sonic. But survival was the reason he was fighting so hard. The moment the Chaos Council opened the portals it was only a matter of time before they reached this point and if Sonic's energy was not returned to the Prism then all of reality would cease to exist. It's debatable if you should consider the end time travel because the Shaterverse does still exist Nine said he was fixing/ remaking Green Hill; in fact it the Green Hill portal was portrayed as being repaired the same way the other portals were so they were all fixed so that they all continue to exist! There were certainly some ify cases but sending someone back in time is one of the few things we don't know if the Paradox Prism can do. If it could Nine would have had a lot of better options. When Green Hill was damaged as Ghost Hill we saw that Sonic's original friends were trapped in time as if time was not passing. The shattering of the Prism caused several other weird things like ghosts repeadly saying things from the recent past but the main effect it had is that everything in Green Hill was frozen so when it was fixed it unfroze. Still I do hope that we get a sequal series or a video game that continues the story.
