Loki idk if you want to still play this game but a good hint to keep your speed is to spam the attack button (iirc the circle button) when you go fast whether it’s a speed boost or spindash. Also just use the attack button more in general lmao

I'll say this much, the game can be sometimes unfair but I'm proud that this was my first sonic game on a console/handheld. My actual first sonic game period was unleashed on a blackberry phone 😅. Sonic rivals 2 to me is underrated and the PSP was my first handheld and I'm proud of it. ❤💙🎮🕹️

Crash on the Run was done DIRTY by the developers. Super Mario Run could've been better with more updates but once Mario Maker came out they dropped that instantly. Yet they still continue support for Mario Kart Tour. Sure it did help with the Booster Course with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe but still

0:24 i'd say that it's 4 new characters with the 1 you didn't include metal sonic to be correct but 1: i might be being autistic about being i'm an autist & some autists just can't help but be a more precised about a lot of things & 2: it's kinda debatable if it metal sonic counts as a new character since there with few exeptions can't be 2 of the same character in 1 match so metal sonic is on 1 hand technicly a new character but on the other he's a substitute for having 2 of the same character in 1 match Also as far as i remember unlike anyone else from the previous game (who are the exact same) knuckles is the only character who got nerfed from rivals 1 to rivals 2 because again as far as i remember he got an at the time new unique ability, however that ability is inferior to what we had for him in the first game imo

You talk shit about Tails in this game. Well at least his special ability DOES SOMETHING!!! If you ask me, I’d say Espio is the worst character in this game. His special turns him invisible. On paper, this sounds pretty useful. But there are two problems here. 1.) As cool as this game looks… Who actually plays multiplayer with other people? The AI will probably find you anywhere. 2.) The main game mode here is racing. Invisibility in one of the other game types sounds really helpful. But in a RACE, where you and your opponent are only concerned with making it to the finish line first, and a large enough gap warrants just ignoring the other guy in favor of going faster? Espio may as well be holding a marshmallow. Because it helps just as much.
