This is really a top tier remix. It sounds exactly like the original just with better instruments. More like a remaster than a remix but the added bits do make it remixed. It's amazing how well you capture the feeling the the original song.

Wow, this was great, man! I loved this one and it's mechanical rock feel. The thing about this one was that it was surprisingly givin' some good vibes despite being {factory part in sonic game} which from my experience are a bit more... well, mechanical. It wasn't really expected, having not heard this track, but it was a great surprise! Keep it up, my dude, you're the best!

Thanks so much! Yeah, Scrap Brain Zone is a little peculiar in that way, as that B section sounds almost positive in a way, but not entirely. I think it makes it stand out :)

You and Sonic's soundtrack seem to have a good vibe going.

Arranging Sonic's tracks comes really natural to me, for some reason. Might be because it was actually the first game I played, so I've had those tunes in my head for 20 years or something!

this is currently my favorite song. i don't mean remix, game track or anything like that, i mean overall favorite track to listen to. every time it gets into my playlist i have to stop and play along on my melodica that i always have on my desk.

This song just screams "You're almost there! Soon it's just you and the Dr. Robotnik!" For some reason, I get a Dr. Mario vibe around 0:35

I was about to make a pun, but then I SCRAP-ed it. Takes some BRAINs to think of some puns. Anyway you look like you are in the ZONE when making this cover, and it is awesome

I think I'm gonna try and find a track with a difficult title to make puns with, just to see what you can come up with. :D

I've searched your channel for some Columns cover, could'nt find. I wonder if you ever going to do so? Specially Clotho, wich I'm bettering myself on playing it on guitar. You are one of the best on classic Sonic cover though, you capture just the right vibe to them, and thats something to appreciate, because others who make covers usually make it so "personal" that it almost do not sound like a cover to the original music.. I agree you got to have a self interpretation to it, but I appreciate more accuracy with a plus of "remastering" over it.

Thanks! Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Columns, but I'll look into it. About the arranging aspect, I usually start thinking about how that particular track makes me feel, and which genre of music would be appropriate for the track. For example, this track invokes and industrial feel so I've used a lot of harsh and metallic sounding synths. Sonic 3's Special Stage gives me a distinct Latin vibe, so I've arranged it with that in mind, but I've kept the "meowing" lead synth which I think is peculiar for that track. Sometimes I just arrange something in a way because I think it sounds cool tho. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
