Watching the SA2 cutscenes intercut with the abysmal Sonic X reenacments really made me find a newfound apprecieation for SA2 cutscenes. Thank God they didn't make a Heroes reenacment because it would probably have goddawful animation, terrible music, have all the bosses die to a single attack, have Chris replace half the cast AND just straight up ditch Super Tails and Knuckles so Sonic could just destroy Metal Overlord in 5 seconds

My favourite Shadow in the series has gotta be the 06 version of Shadow he was was calm and collective again he also had moved on from the past which he got over with and the Maria stuff in Shadow the hedgehog was sort of annoying it was fine in SA2 as that was Shadows introduction but he wouldn’t suck it up in Shadow
