Haven't played it myself personally but from what I've seen, no not really. The game have good graphics and good controls I give it that (though the latter is only in there thnx to the infinity engine). The game have everything else against it, shitty voice acting, cringey dialogue, tryhard story, awful level design, terrible plane control, terrible bost fights, and shady history in ifs development ignoring patreons such as blocking critcisms, and a team member being a complete creep with Maria. From what I've learned from this, Sonic Omens is a fan game that: -has music stolen from Cars 2: The Video Game -has sh*tty voice acting -brought back Chris MF'ing Throndyke for some reason -has a tedious, boring-as-f**k tower level with a tree -made by heartless devs who had a Patreon set up, where people _had to pay to play _*_early_*_ versions, despite that they're literally _*_NOT SUPPOSED TO MAKE PROFIT OFF OF FANGAMES._* And has random-ass cooler codes, thus turning what was at first hyped interest, _into a soulless failure that everyone loathes now._

Sonic XG was originally from the late 2000's but was only left with just one full level and the doomsday zone. Only recently did it get completed by a team of new people who worked on all the levels and bosses as it was meant to have. Hell the one original zone and boss from retro sonic was used in XG.

I just love how Knuckles goes on a huge rant about Sonic Omens since it's the worst Sonic fan game out there that almost put other fan games in danger because of it being advertised on patreon. Plus the creator Sonic Omens is a complete ashole who blocks anyone on Twitter and take their Sonic Omens videos down whenever they criticize the game and talk about the bad experience they had with it. And that he also bullied the voice actor for Robotnick while he was struggling to beat one of the bosses. You know, I'm surprised that Knuckles didn't bring up the unpatched bugs in the game, the annoying plane levels and plane chase, and the bosses being way too difficult and unfair.
