(Spoilers ahead I guess. Just in case I predict something in the movie correctly). Now imagine this playing in the background while Super Shadow is rushing to use Chaos Control on the Ark to stop it from crashing into Earth and he pushed Sonic out of the way thinking he wouldn't be fast enough. All the while, his whole life is flashing before his eyes. [If this song had lyrics] Then it gets to the part where it says "🎵I'll be looosinng yooouuu. Before too loong🎵" and it's him and Maria fading in the background showing Super Shadow's face as someone scared and prepared to die if it means saving the world. Then Super Sonic uses Chaos Control to teleport to Super Shadow commenting "Whoo, didn't think that would work! But I had to try something. You don't have to do this alone. Things aren't the same as they used to be. You've got people who truly care for you. And I'm one of them." Then all the moments with Gerald and Maria start coming to him and with a new determined face, Live and Learn starts to play (actually, let's have it play right after Sonic says "didn't think that would work". That way, it's at the chorus shortly) then the music grows louder as "LIVE AND LEARN" plays in the background. The two Super Hedgehogs grunt in preparation for the most powerful Chaos Control they've ever used and in a huge blinding light of white and yellow, the Ark dissapears. Reappearing further outside of Earth's orbit, Sonic and Shadow appear nearly passed out. Then, Shadow fades out of his Super state and begins to decent to Earth. Super Sonic sees this and rushes toward him before losing his Super state and begins falling with him. But then they are caught by Tails in a spaceship and by movie magic he appears to catch them. Both of their consciences begin to fade out as the screen goes black. The rest plays out like a happy ending.
