Just so you know, the Sonic Kart Logo, and most of the Wisp items were made/ported by me. I was also in charge of all the music swaps on the Switch version. I orginally started the project and Joshdaboss and CYB3RTR0N joined the team with me later on.

This is honestly so cool and wish this was an actual thing. Also I forgot to mention I have no idea what happened to Knuckles' voice it worked in the menu for me but not in game he was muted. Also as cool as the UI / Item pack is, its extremely buggy and crashes a lot randomly, the blue shell crashes and Shine Theif doesn't work cause it crashes before the battle starts, but an amazing pack regardless. I'm going to probably make a part 2 in the future, there are a bit more Sonic mods like the classic characters and some characters like Silver haven't been ported yet to Deluxe from the Wii U version, so I'll include all these in a future video.

What's the music for each stage also the mod is so sick I wish Nintendo could do a Mario and Sonic racing game except for the Olympics like in karts or something

Yeah, unfortunately we've put the Switch version of the pack on hold. I was the one mainly in charge of working on that version. MK8D is much less stable when modding than the Wii U version (especially with audio). We're now focusing on wrapping up the character roster for the Wii U version. The next step will be custom tracks.
