Sonic the Hedgehog OmoChao Edition - Perfect Walkthrough

Sonic the Hedgehog OmoChao Edition is a ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit) by Cinossu.
Originally starting as a joke between himself and QJimbo, later on becoming a joke hack as an idea for April Fools, with the addition of OmoChao it became a challenge-based (and playable) hack, where the objective is to collect, destroy or even touch as little as possible.
In this ROM hack, the first thing you will notice is that floating behind Sonic, everywhere he goes, is OmoChao. He is there, by his own definition, to help guide you through the game. However, this is not strictly what happens.
OmoChao is there to be more of an annoyance than anything else, as whenever he wishes to say a message the entire game will pause itself until he is finished. This message is also accompanied by a jingle that gets longer, and longer, and longer every time a new message comes up.
Therefore, the only way to truely avoid OmoChao's messages, the jingles, and the waiting around, is to avoid as much of everything as you can!

i like how people call this a TAS when it clearly isnt. A TAS Would have made this look like childs play. this isn't a speedrun the last time i checked and the only tools that were probably used were savestates to replay any accidental hit of rings, enemies, or death. all the clipping into walls can be done by a normal person therfore there was no cheating involed for all you casuals out there who think level wrapping is cheating (hint hint it isn't the developers implemented a feature to shoot sonic out of walls if he were to get stuck and people figured out a way to exploit that). unless Razor wants to say how he did this game then dont make any assumptions.

KageSoul Using savestates is a tool-assist in and of itself. Emulators offer savestates, which isn't possible on a console. Non-TAS means you played the entire game fairly like you would on the console. In Sonic 3, you can pause, use level select, use checkpoints and use save-game slots to come back to it later; those don't count as TAS.

I am a homo sapien. I am an insane person who could tolerate this for like 2 hours because it isn't Bubsy being played by Lani Manella. No other human being I know of has that amount of tolerance. I've learned to have more tolerance than one would expect; very few things make me feel legitimately angry enough. In many eyes, this is the most annoying & insufferable thing ever, but to me I have seen far worse throughout my time period, especially around last year. *shudders* I've already kind of known I've had this crazy kind of tolerance & patience since I attempted to complete Bubsy 3D on a REALLY slow browser PS1 emulator. It was an awful experience, only got as far as Daze of Thunder. Still showed that my tolerance levels were insane & it's a curse of mine that I can't fully explain other than it somehow grew. If I ever considered playing this hack without even trying to avoid stuff, it'll be a true showcase of my insane tolerance. I've seen & played too much awfulness out there to find this to be even remotely annoying.

Random Person he did a level rap, he went faster then the game intended to by going in a wall, if your in a wall it will blast you left if you hold right and vice versa. He went past the first pixel but negative pixels don't exist, so the game treats it as a large positive number, putting sonic at the end of the stage
