I like to think that Unleashed is one of those games that's been vindicated by history. People have grown to appreciate the Werehog, the friendship between Sonic and Chip is one of the best plotlines in any Sonic game, and of course, the game itself is just plain beautiful.

When I was 5 I remember sneaking into my dad's office computer to watch this guy. Every day I looked his channel up cause I didn't know how to make an account. I saw sonic unleashed, sonic colors, sonic and the secret rings, (I think you can tell that I was a big Sonic fan). Cobi was my idol. He is what inspired me to even start youtube in the 1st place. When I heard what happened to him and his mental state I started to cry because I just couldn't believe my idol, the man that made me laugh, the man that made me happy every time I snuck on that computer, the man that made me realize that my love of video games could be turned into my lifestyle. Had turned into a shell of who he was before. Even though he isn't here now doesn't mean that I can never come back to see the Cobi that made me happy all those years ago.

Man I love Sonic Unleashed so much. I just have to let the world know. This is my second favorite video game of all time. From being excited from trailers, from getting it and the 360 for Christmas, from taking a year to beat it, from the amazing graphics, from the fun af gameplay (Boost mechanic imo is the funnest gameplay for sonic), from the epic but sad story, from the perfection of its music fitting perfectly with the continent you are in, from the atmosphere, from the epic bosses, from the hub worlds, from the overall experience, everything about this game I just cannot put into words, there will NEVER be a Sonic game that will top this one in my opinion. Project 2017 won't beat it, I have too many fond memories with Unleashed for any game to top it. It doesn't even get enough recognition, it's a shame people don't give it a chance, I love it so much. This game came 2 years after 06, crazy. I'm having a nostalgic orgasm at this point, but yeah, I will always defend this game.

dude this game is from 2008 and till today SEGA uses the same graphic engine. This had such impressive graphics for its era, it could be compared to crysis in my opinion.
