Shadow is confirmed more powerful and Sonic is confirmed faster. Shadow admitted he can't outrun Sonic but Sonic admits he can't outfight Shadow. Super Shadow and Super Sonic are confirmed equal. But Base Shadow is confirmed more powerful than Base Sonic. Shadow defeated Sonic before to prove it.

Lislex1 Sonic maybe faster but Shadow rival's his speed so he can keep up with him. So Sonic can't out speed him in combat. Plus Sonic admits he can't out fight Shadow.

Shadow has way more endurance. He can almost spam chaos control so he must have a lot of endurance. He can easily tap into chaos powers using only one chaos emerald Two points I'd like to make about the space colony ark: super sonic & super shadow went equally all-out against that monster prototype thing. There combined power was not enough so shadow removed his inhibitor rings so that he could tap into extra reserves of power. As a result he fainted. So I don't think using that is relevant to an argument against shadow. Second point, Sonic has has had previous experience with super form so he would be more efficient with the superform.

What I like about this is that it tells that Sonic and Shadow has well...gotten better at skills. The movement makes it as if you were there! The thrill of getting a chaos emerald must feel great for them because as you can see they are actually fighting so greatly. Yet its only 1 chaos emerald.

This was epic as fuck. I could tell it took you a long time, with all the different angles and sound effects. 5 stars. And just like any good sprite animation, more than 75% of the sound effects were from DBZ. But I was expecting to continue from where the first one left off.

Shadow flips over a bus with one hand in his own game in the first level. Shadow and Silver the Hedgehog have movesets that straight up counter Sonic, but they still lose.

Imma Xehanort Sonic kicked a 250 ton Egg Golem in the head and knocked it over. That and Shadow's strength is inconsistent. He can flip over buses, yet his punches and kicks in the same game he demonstrates his strength in are piss-poor damage-wise. If anything, Shadow is like an ant in that regard. Also, Silver has flaws in his character and powers that keep him from curbstomping everyone, such as. 1) Silver's psychokinesis can be interrupted if someone attacks to him. 2) If he overuses his psychokinesis, Silver can become extremely fatigued. 3) He relies mostly on the environment he's in to aid his powers (i.e nearby objects to hurl at targets) and 4) If there are no projectile around, he's forced to bait his target into coming within range of him. Sure he's got his Psychic Knife move, but both Sonic and Shadow are fast enough to dodge it, plus if that godawful cutscene in 06 is anything to go by, he's a terrible melee combatant. I feel the need to mention Knuckles because he's always been fairly consistently strong. His establishing character moment had him punching the Super out of Sonic, he can punch trough things Sonic had/has to Spin Dash through or can't break at all, he can also punch so hard that he can not only create explosions, but he can also cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, which requires MEGATONS of force to do.

Because what's interesting in these little spirte battles is not, for example, having one oponent dominating the other one, and then out of the blue the other one gets an ability or whatever (aka almost every single sonic battle where in the end he becomes super sonic) and then wins or something, no, it's about two oponents, which both have pros and cons, and each of them are fully using those pros and cons in order to unleash massive attacks to try to take its foe down.

Awsome! Better then the original, but i gotta say, what happened with Super Sonic? I was expecting a Super Sonic vs Super Shadow fight but this is fine. I like how you took your time in adding effects, and the rain effect added a dark atmosphere to the video. Love the way they fight for the Chaos Emerald but you could have added a small part where they're grabbing it then it slips and they start fighting for it. Still, i like it.

Actually, going by what has actually happened in games, Sonic has never beaten Shadow, but Shadow has beaten Sonic. Shadow is faster, and his mastery over Chaos Control gives him a massive edge, and this is without removing his inhibitor rings.

Shadow can match Sonic's speed and can use chaos energy to warp and use chaos blast, spear ect. He's ageless, immortal and has a killer instinct that Sonic lacks. As much as I love the blue hedgehog you gotta admit Shadow has the upper hand
