Sonic Youth - Walls Have Ears

Man this takes me back. That sound that the other kids listened to. When I played it loud it the sound in between the jangly guitars were like being in a frenetic beehive and you felt it go through your body. these guys were so young and so was the music as it evolved into even more sounds that always took you on a journey, both dark and light. There lyrics always made you wonder too. I wish there was more of Kim singing here but hey, I love Thurston too. This is one of the bands that you'll see on the evolutionary music chart for sure as far as shining a light on alternative/grunge influencers. So inspirational and they gave the okay for a lot of musicians to say it's okay to do what you want sonically. Yes!!
