If we were still in the days of Toybiz Spider-Man 1&2, this bike with the regular release Shadow would be sold as a regular mainline Shadow for 5 to 8 bucks.

why didn't they just use the same figure? But no they made a whole new thing just to take out the articulation

They did it 100% for cost effectiveness. So articulation to cut pieces up costs more money. So I don't think they made a "new" shadow. But used the base molds before they cut the molds to make the more articulated regular line one. Like the head has the regular eyes instead the glass eyes. This is also only $20. If they included the other figure it would've been more like $25 and I agree just get the other one it is better.

Although this Shadow figure doesn't have the same articulation as the other Movie Shadow it's still a good figure. I'd get one too!
