I disagree on both counts - v1 Jacqui's ranged game is certainly the weakest, Sindel's combo variation probably 2nd; and, while Upgraded Jacqui is certainly very strong, I think the perception of her as "broken" is mainly a community hivemind conclusion because she's the only character who's always been strong and hasn't gotten a significant nerf yet, but that doesn't mean she's broken in itself, and imo that variation takes a good amount of skill and execution to use correctly - but I'm curious which one you meant.

SonicFox is right about MK11 community. 99% suck. not due to skill gap. but due to the fact they cant comprehend what kind of insane high level play is depicted here. 99% memorize 30%+ dmg string and spam it over and over hoping the enemy’s life bar runs out. even in elder god tier players mostly focus on hit confirming to big damage. rinse, repeat like mindless drones. without understanding the whole psychological aspect of fighting games. this right here is two players thinking 5 steps ahead, playing a mental game of chess with frame perfect execution and going back and forth with mind games, baits and complete understanding of the buttons, reach and rhythm of the other player. this is what fighting games are about. what a hype set of matches.
