I've played every mk except the 3d ones and mk1. The trailer for ermac's release is what i think of when we're talking about mk1 ermac and he does not look that good compared to his previous models. Heck he even looks better in mk11 and the only screen time he gets is just falling to his death

Ermac has a sweep that can easily combo with Janet and is 0 on block😭 def does not shut down his whole game plan. Back 4 kills every option sub zero kameo parry offers.
