I think people complained about her not being serious enough, so they tried tweak her character. Although, I’d say they were wrong. Those people weren’t going to like her anyway. I was ok with Cassie in MK11 at first, but seeing MKX again makes me salty.

@@cylondorado4582 Just from a design perspective, I would say mk11 Cassie is an improvement but in everything else, from costume design to moveset to personality, mkx has mk11 beat. Why on earth did they remove the "ding dong" and the flipkick? Those were her defining moves.

NRS shot themselves in the foot trying to redo all the work they put into MKX. They should've just continued with the base game of MKX and added all the improvements that MK11 added. Just like how Overwatch 2 is using the base game of the original game.
