As I watch him, I can't help but notice one weakness. Everytime Kano corners him with spam, he goes for 1,2,2. He should be using 2,2,1. Kotal pulls out his hook things and does a really quick combo with high, high, low. It's great corner defense and that final low attack catches the standing attacker off guard.

@@Pipo245 Fair enough. I should explain that I am a psychology based player, meaning I prefer dominating the other player mentally through manipulation and misinformation over frame rates. I do respect and study frame rates, so I get that many of my Kombat preferences are high risk/mid reward. But I could promise you that psychologically speaking, Sonicfox was more prepared for Kotal's pounce attack than he would be with a standard 221. I am far from the best player, but I know how to beat the best players based on experience from losing over and over to champions. Sonic is one tough fucker. He has skills in all aspects. So I'm not saying I'm right or you are wrong or that this Kotal is wrong. Strangely, 221 is unnatural for the brain to input, and it's an attack that only connects if you are practically kissing your opponent. That's why I suggest it against Kano. But do know that is all my cocky opinion/strategy.

Yeah the blue totem increases his damage. More the totems, more the damage. It costs 1 slot for the variation. Also, when they do a command grab, i.e when he slices them up and drinks the blood, that also gives a brief damage boost.

Good matches as always... But I always question fighting games with particular users. They are extremely good in ONLY that genre never seen any other outside game they've played or even tried. Especially with a diverse gamer such as myself... I'm probably one of the top tiers in tlou multiplayer before and after the bugs invaded. And that's just one of many to mention.
