@@javonhernandez4927 Maybe, but I mean the idea of Sonic taking itself seriously at all, just because it's "A blue hedgehog in sneakers" as Yahtzee Croshaw put it. I remember when Colors came out its story was praised for being a self aware Saturday morning cartoon, and personally I think that was more cringe than anything in the Adventure games or Frontiers.

Baldy McNosehair is perfectly fine for Sonic. Sonic is not Shadow. Sonic is supposed to be light hearted and playful. It's okay for them to be portrayed differently.

振り返らないと決めた過去とも、いずれ向き合う事になると、シャドウ自身も少し勘付いてたのかな？『振り返らない』『過去との決別』ではなく、『向き合って乗り越える』ようにしなければ煩悩を断ち切ることは出来ないと。ブラックドゥームの一件も彼にとってはとんでもないトラウマの筈なのに、それ自体を恐れてはいないから、やっぱり1番は"向き合うこと"が怖いし、辛いんだな… ソニックは始めから『完成されたヒーロー』そのものだったけど、シャドウは『悲しみを背負い闇の中を進む悲劇のヒーロー』、でも彼は闇ではなく"影"、闇には光が無いけど、影のある所には必ず光がある。彼はこれまでで、自分の過去知り、乗り超え、克服してきた。それでも向き合えない、向き合いたくなかったマリアの死…それを捨てるのではなく、超えることで初めて"シャドウ･ザ･ヘッジホッグ"は"シャドウ･ザ･ヘッジホッグ"になれるんだろうね… 楽しみだなぁ…

Thank you for this Masterpiece. I'm really crying. I've waited 20 years to see something like this. You captured loss and Shadow and Rouge's bond so well. For Rouge, Shadow will always come first. Its a beautiful character arc to see them support each other after all they have been through. And man, that blanket scene got me crying. Loss is so much like, that, so many flickers and waves you just have to swallow and get through. I love everything about this series thank you so much for all you have given us.

Hiiii Japanese Sonic fans! Here to scream because the English version is labeled "For Kids" :/ But OH MY GOSH SUPPORTTIVE ROUGE???? COMMANDER TOWERS BEING GOATED???? AND HIS ARCHIE COMICS NAME IS FULLY CANON??? OMEGA IS PEAK AS USUAL BUT THAT FINAL SCENE MAN!!! Shadow on the brink of an emotionally repressed PTSD breakdown gets to me. Finally after so long Shadow can be more than just the edgy rival, but as someone who masks his pain and overthinking with aloofness. I'm not ready for sonadow generations 😭😭😭 Also, for those who don't know who the singer is, that's Casey Lee Willaims, most know fo her vocal performances on RWBY

It's strange seeing Team Dark raiding G.U.N like that, since in Sonic 2006 they were agents, even Shadow was called "Agent Shadow". Maybe after knowing that humanity betrayed him in Silver's future, he decided to work alone

During the Fearless Interview, Takashi Iizuka said Shadow working with GUN is just a temporary thing. He also said “To fulfill the Maria’s wish, he would do anything, he can even corporate with Eggman.”. Plus, since Solaris is erased from the history, the future destroyed by Iblis is also wiped out and nobody remembers any incidents of Sonic 06. So no one can guarantee whether the similar thing will happen or not.

I loved Omega's clumsiness and the stunningly cool fight scene, like that smooth catch of the first missile! Nearly cried at that last scene, though. 😭 It's been a long time since we've seen Shadow's struggle with the trauma of losing his dearest person... ; ;

And almost every time he's struggled in the past it's been denial/anger at the fact that he lost her. Now the song at the end is Shadow bargaining, and in the ship you can see his depression, which is just wild that a Sonic Game's cinematics can be so in touch with those stages of grief. SEGA and Giggex are doing some incredible work, not to mention Casey :D

If the translation by Google is correct, you're asking if Rouge investigated the Time Eater in the last episode? She did! That's what she was doing at that console when Shadow was asking Rouge what she was doing there at that Eggman supply depot when they first met up in episode 2. She was hacking Eggman's files to learn intel about the Time Eater for GUN
